All home sales have little glitches and they immediately stepped in to resolve all issues so we could have an on time, rapid closure. Their communication skills and attention to detail were exemplary. At closing they gave us a very nice gift basket that had practical items for the new home, some much appreciated comfort food and a nice orchid currently collecting sunshine in the window sill. Anne also followed up several days after closing to make sure our move was going as planned. While I hope I never move again (retired), if I did, I would reach out to Anne and Peter immediately.
