Unlike some previous realtor transactions elsewhere, they listened to our wants and needs, and then asked clarifying questions. They did not show us homes that were outside our desired parameters or above our stated price range. They actually found us a home that met our goals and was significantly below the price range we were expecting to pay. All home sales have little glitches and they immediately stepped in to resolve all issues so we could have an on time, rapid closure. Their communication skills and attention to detail were exemplary. At closing they gave us a very nice gift basket that had practical items for the new home, some much appreciated comfort food and a nice orchid currently collecting sunshine in the window sill. Anne also followed up several days after closing to make sure our move was going as planned. While I hope I never move again (retired), if I did, I would reach out to Anne and Peter immediately. From our very first meeting, Anne & Peter listened to what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to find us our perfect Walla Walla home. We did much of our home search remotely and they were great about doing walkthroughs with us on Zoom, saving us the many hours of travel. They've been in Walla Walla a long time and know the market and neighborhoods and even many of the specific houses very well, and as a result we ended up getting just the kind of house we wanted at a price that we wanted.

I was actually surprised at their level of organization and involvement from coordinating repairs to cleaning to staging.
