Anne has spent her entire adult life in Walla Walla. Peter is a life long resident of the valley. Because they know Walla Walla County so well, together they help clients connect with the people they need to get their home ready to sell. Anne has a team of professionals that all sellers & buyers need. From contractors & subcontractors, to mechanics, dentists, hair stylists, & lawyers, she will give you vetted recommendations on quality providers that take care of clients. Also, Anne makes sure buyers are informed and protected in the process of purchasing what is typically the largest investment of buyers’ lives. Anne’s office at 38 E. Main Street, Suite 107, is found in the historic Die Brucke building. Anne & Peter opened the office to inspire agents & clients to build thriving lives. Anne & Peter believe in integrity, service, teamwork, gratitude & passion. Anne was an educator in the Walla Walla School District for 25 years. Eventually, she decided to partner with Peter in real estate. As an adult, and with Peter being in real estate, they bought and sold many homes. Anne's move to real estate was a great fit and the Swants haven't looked back. Anne & Peter have 5 children, 2 of which live in Walla Walla. They also have 4 beautiful grandchildren, 2 dogs of their own & 5 furry friends that belong to their children. Anne loves animals & children, sports, reading, great movies, homes, traveling & spending time with her family.
